Full payment is required prior to the commencement of any service. Work will only begin once payment has been received in full.
All payments made to BTWENTYNINE MEDIA LLP are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to project cancellation, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the final output.
If you wish to cancel a service after payment has been made, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. While we do not offer refunds, we may, at our sole discretion, consider crediting a portion of the paid amount towards future services, depending on the stage of the project and resources already allocated. This is not guaranteed and is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
BTWENTYNINE MEDIA LLP reserves the right to modify or make exceptions to this policy in rare and exceptional circumstances, solely at our discretion.
